Brain Cancer Research For A Cure Foundation
1st Annual
Creating Hope Motorcycle Ride

DSC07226.JPGOn Saturday August 22,2009 the Brain Cancer Research for a Cure Foundation hosted their First Annual Creating Hope Motorcycle Ride. Registration began at Apple Ford in Columbia, Maryland where Dr. Alfredo Quinones-Hinojosa and 26 members of his medical research team joined the foundations board members in welcoming the participating motorcyclist .

In preparation for the Ride, at 11:30am Peter Moe of the State Highway Administration spoke with the bikers about motorcycle safety. The motorcyclist enjoyed a very safe ride to the final gathering point at M&T Bank Stadium. Upon arrival they were greeted by volunteers, vendors and other supporters.

In the children section you could hear nothing but laughter. There you could get an airbrush tattoo, jump in a moonbounce, get a snowball or play flag football. While the DJ kept the party going with his array of toe tapping music, the vendors served some of Maryland's most tastiest foods. You could also get anything from jewelry to books to hand made pillows. Everyone who participated not only enjoyed themselves but, help create hope.
